Welcome to our superb two-bedroom apartment, located within a traditional redbrick mansion building. Perfectly situated at the northern end of the Promenade, as you walk out of the building you'll see the stunning views of the Marine Lake. You'll find the vibrant northern quarter of Lord Street just a short and pleasant 1/4-mile stroll away. Plus, the icing on the cake - we provide complimentary free parking in our onsite car park. Our cozy haven boasts two dedicated bedrooms, both elegantly furnished with comfortable double beds. The master bedroom features an ensuite equipped with an electric shower, while the separate bathroom offers a relaxing bath with an overhead shower. We've got your essentials covered with complimentary toiletries and plush towels. The apartment also comes with a fully-equipped kitchen and a separate lounge featuring a dining table for those leisurely meals. Conveniently located on the 3rd floor, you'll be pleased to know that our building includes a lift for easy access - a rare gem in Southport Please note the are 3 steps into the building to navigate if you're less able.

Neighbourhood information

This is a superb location directly on the Promenade, with the property directly opposite the marine lake. A few hundred yards from the northern quarter of Lord Street. With access to an array of restaurants, bars and shops just a short walk away. Southport is perfect break for the passionate golfers, there is a golf course practically on the doorstep or why not have a game at the famous Royal Birkdale? Just a 10 minute drive from the apartment! Plenty of free parking to the front and rear of the building. The town and beach is accessible by foot and the train station is around a 10 min walk with regular links to Liverpool and Manchester.
