Designed to accommodate up to six guests the cottage features a sociable kitchen-dining space off which lies the cosy living room with its log-burner and stunning views. The downstairs bedroom contains a bunk bed. Upstairs comprises of a double bedroom, a twin room and a bathroom, which includes a shower/bath combination. There is also a utility room for drying and storage of all your outdoor gear.

Struan Cottage is nestled in the Braes of Glenlivet, within the Cairngorms National Park in the Scottish Highlands. The cottage is perfectly positioned to enjoy the great outdoors, be it walking in the nearby Ladder Hills or Cairngorms, or cycling on quiet roads or at the renowned Glenlivet Mountain bike trails a mere 9 miles away. Winter sports are available at the Lecht Ski Centre, which is 12 miles away, or the Cairngorm Mountain Resort, which is an hour’s drive. Hunting and fishing are both available on the Strathavon Estate. Prior arrangements must be made for these aforementioned activities. A large number of famous distilleries providing tours are within 30 minutes drive. Inverness Airport is 57 miles, and Aberdeen Airport 65 miles from the cottage (both around 1.5 hours drive)
