Stable Cottage is a beautiful conversion of an oak-framed stable building on Logmore Farm. Designed to create spacious studio-style accommodation is has a vaulted roof, skylights and stunning oak finishes throughout. The living space provides both a dining area and cosy seating in leather armchairs and sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are two shower rooms, one for each of the bedrooms. Outside there are fantastic views across the paddocks up into the Surrey Hills and the fantastic woodlands and walks it provides.
I am a retired Publisher and my wife Gay is a portrait artist and teacher. We live in the medieval farmhouse that has been the heart of the farm for almost 600 years. We are delighted to share this unique location with our guests and help them discover the wonderful villages, landscapes and places of interest nearby.
The Surrey Hills was one of the first designated Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty in England. It has so many beautiful villages, landscapes and towns it's a destination in itself. Yet we are also close to London, only 50 minutes by train, and even the South Coast is only an hour's drive away.
