We believe that the house was built just before 1900. When we arrived it needed a full revamp which we have done over the years - so we did it up completely. Now it is a very comfortable cosy space for guests to stay. We offer a beautifully decorated bedroom with a sofa, a comfortable bed, and a separate compact modern shower room which is dedicated for your use while you stay. You will have access to fast broadband, Flat screen TV with all sky channels (sports and movies etc) Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and others. There is a Kettle & toaster, bread & cereal to make a light breakfast provided. You will have a key to the front door of the house and can come and go as you please.

We have been hosting for a couple of years but are new to this site so are looking forward to our guests arriving. We are happy to interact with guests, but naturally respect their privacy first and foremost! If you are staying for a few days we will politely say hello and see how things are going - we're happy to offer suggestions as to places to eat or to visit should you want them...

We have a lovely town centre which is around a 2 minute walk from the house (but it is still down a quiet side road so have no town centre road). In the room you will find a list of around 30 places to eat nearby catering for all types and varieties of food offerings. We are approximately a 7 minute walk from the beach here (400m or thereabouts) and have a town of great character and a good amount of history as well. People who visit Felixstowe usually comment on the friendly nature of the local residents and the town having a nice mixture of people.
