This characterful cottage seamlessly combines stunning features such as exposed walls, wooden beams and an original inglenook fireplace, with all the modern comforts you would expect from a perfect home from home in the Cotswolds. Shepherds Cottage is located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with stunning walks on the doorstep. Stow on the Wold, Burford, Chipping Campden, Broadway and Chipping Norton are nearby, Cheltenham and Oxford are only a little further afield.

Make sure to visit the nearby picturesque town of Stow-on-the-Wold, a well-known Cotswold hot-spot, where you'll find the very popular Old Butchers restaurant amongst many more excellent places to eat, quaint art galleries and antique shops.
Also situated close by are the popular villages of Upper and Lower Slaughter, Bourton-on-the-Water, Kingham and Moreton-in-the-Marsh.
Daylesford Organic Farm Shop is very close by with a superb restaurant and health and beauty spa.
There are a range of events across the year at Blenheim Palace and Woodstock to include concerts, shows, open air theatre and fayres.
Keen walkers will enjoy exploring a variety of walking routes through some stunning countryside literally from the doorstep. Oxford is approx. half an hour away with larger shops, restaurants, nightlife, city culture and architecture. Cool off afterwards at the popular lido in Chipping Norton.
With Hidcote Manor and Gardens, Snowshill Manor and Gardens and Cotswold Wildlife Park and Gardens all near by, garden lovers will be in their element.
Take a ride on the steam train to Cheltenham via the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway.
Nearby Chipping Campden is one of the most beautiful and unspoilt of the Cotswold wool market towns: much of the town’s architecture dates back to the medieval time (check out the Woolstaplers Hall built in 1340). In more recent times, the arts and crafts movement relocated here from London’s east end at the turn of the 19th century so there’s a rich, cultural heritage to be explored.
Adam Henson’s Cotswold Farm Park is a popular choice for couples with a little one and Bourton-on-the-Water also has the Birdland Park and Gardens , the Model Railway and Model Village.
