All properties are serviced and maintained by our own staff of cleaners, tradespersons and handy-persons, so you can trust us as much as anyone! With having so many holiday homes, guests and staff to look after, our small team has created methods of management to be as efficient as possible, which are mostly electronic, but there are humans behind it all! No one is perfect but we do our best we can for you! CONTACT: Airbnb chat and office email is only for admin and only during office hours, also please don't call the single phone number we have... Instead of relying on one person with one out of hours number we have an electronic system for OUT OF HOURS HELP set up which reaches enough of the right staff to deal with any issues as quickly as possible. Details will be provided before arrival when you check in online. In the interest of fraud prevention and clarity we will only discuss bookings and out of hours help with the lead guest who are ultimately responsible, even if not in the property at the time of a problem. It is very inefficient to receive calls and messages from various people who we don't recognise from the booking/check in details.
