New 2023! Unique and tranquil getaway on our 20 acre small holding! Peaceful but near to all the best north devon has to offer! Rural but 10 minutes to towns and 15 minutes to the best beaches IN THE UK! Saunton,croyde, Ilfracombe and Woolacombe! Fantastic Walks and sightseeing in this area of outstanding beauty!! Exeter 1 hour away. Detached house all yours to rent! Enclosed garden and parking. The property is modern with 3 bedrooms. 1 x king size bed, 2 x single beds and 1 x full sizes bunk beds!! Full bathroom with bath and shower. Full Kitchen, living room and dining area!! Beautiful views from the property and animals.
Our farm has over 50 animals sheep, Alpacas, Ducks, chickens, Rabbits! This house is stylish with everything you need for a peaceful unique, family friendly getaway but being within 15 minutes of the best beaches! We can sleep 6 plus a baby cot! We are the best of both worlds. Paradise!
Hello my name is Kiri we hope you enjoy your time staying at RubyRetreat! Ruby Retreat is situated on our small holding and is peaceful and tranquil!! We have many animals roaming including Alpacas, Ducks, Chickens and sheep! Originally from Essex we dreamed of the countryside and now we would like to share it with you.
We know holidays are time to be spent with your family, relaxing. We are happy to leave you to yourselves or help in any way that we can. Whether that is showing you around our animals, collecting your own eggs or lending you some milk! We can show you the local attractions, guide you so you avoid the traffic wherever possible or tell you the best places to eat out! Please just let us know and we can help you as much or little as you need. This is our first year opening our holiday let it will be open 12 months a year so your happiness is key to us.
The property is on our land with our amazing animals! Alpacas, ducks, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs and sheep!! We have around 20 houses in our hamlet. We are around 15 minutes from
Saunton sands, croyde, ilfracombe, Barnstaple and Woolacombe!! We are quite rural with Middle Marwood acting as our road name! There are a range of houses in our hamlet, some with thatched roofs and others dotted out down the valley.
There are numerous bridle paths and footpaths available for family, leisurely strolls.
Private Enclosed garden.
Private parking. Will need to drive as rural farm.
