‘Y Siale’, which is Welsh for ‘The Chalet’, is a newly renovated property situated near the river Teifi, and is only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Lampeter. It's the perfect location for exploring Ceredigion and West Wales.

Dai and Mareth live in the house in front of ‘Y Siale’ and both work locally, Dai as a carpenter and Mareth in the local secondary school. They are therefore nearby if any problems arise. Bag storage is available on request at their home. Although early check-in is rarely possible please do not hesitate to contact and ask as occasionally we will be able to do a quick turnaround.

‘Y Siale’ is a 5-minute walk to the centre of the small market and University town of Lampeter where there are plenty of local amenities including two supermarkets, an abundance of cafés and eateries and the University. The local Co-op is roughly a 200 meter walk. Lampeter is the perfect location for exploring the rest of Ceredigion and West Wales. It is a short 20-minute drive to the middle of Cardigan bay, famous for its beautiful 60-mile-long coastline. 'Y Siale' is a short walk to the centre of town where there is a bus stop with buses running often to nearby towns. There are plenty of beautiful walks from the property and many more within short driving distance of Lampeter.
