Our modern executive apartments are located at Portland Street in the popular Ferryhill area of Aberdeen, an excellent location within walking distance of Aberdeen City Centre. All of our properties have recently been fully refurbished and are continually maintained to the highest standards. Each property also benefits from a private car parking space and lift access.
AB11 Apartments are located at Portland Street in the popular Ferryhill area of Aberdeen, within walking distance of Aberdeen City Centre and its many amenities and attractions which include Union Street, Aberdeen Music Hall, HM Theatre, Aberdeen Art Gallery and the Bon Accord, St Nicholas and Trinity Shopping Centres. Aberdeen's Train and Bus Stations and the popular Union Square Shopping Centre, which boasts a variety of shops, restaurants and bars as well as a multiplex cinema, are also located within 500 yards of AB11 Apartments. Many of the major city centre employers are within walking distance and the convenience of Aberdeen Train Station also makes this location an attractive commuter base for those working north or south of Aberdeen.
