We also have a shop front on South Street in St. Andrews should you wish to pop in and chat. We are happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay. When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via a web link with all the necessary information to check yourself in at your leisure after 4pm (unless by prior arrangement). Check in is via a secure key box which you will be provided with the code.

Location, location, location! Newly refurbished apartment in the heart of the Home of Golf! A mere 30 seconds walk to the Old Course, this modern 1-bedroom, open plan apartment can sleep 3 comfortably. Suitable for families, holiday-makers and golfers alike. 2 mins walk to town centre, 30 seconds to Old Course, 5 to the beach. Supermarkets in the vicinity. Free Wifi. The property has an entrance on the ground floor and is located on the first floor. The accommodation layouts are as follows: First Floor - 1 double bedroom that can either be 2 singles or a double - please let us know at the time of booking. There is plenty of storage and a TV. Open plan living/dining area with sofa bed suitable for 1 person. Guest Access Guests will have full access to the entire property with the exception of one section of the wardrobe, which is locked. All contents within the flat are there for our guests use including wifi, the TV and the cooking implements. EPC Rating E

St Andrews is home to the Royal and Ancient Golf Club and the famous Old Course. Its amenities include Scotland's oldest university, founded in 1413, beautiful award-winning beaches, historic buildings, including the ruins of the cathedral, castle and St Rule's Tower and a wide variety of specialist shops and restaurants. Renowned worldwide as "the home of golf” St Andrews has seven world-class links courses and others in the area include The Dukes, Kingsbarns and the Fairmont St Andrews complex. Within 15 minutes drive, you have an absolute wealth of beauty with the East Neuk of Fife and its picturesque towns and villages, including Crail, Elie, Kingsbarns and many more. We wish to advise all our guests that from late 2020 to early 2021, there is to be ongoing construction and renovation work at the nearby Rusacks Hotel, which may at times be heard from the property.
