Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties like mine. This means my home is professionally maintained and cleaned. Upstairs, you'll find five elegantly appointed bedrooms, including three with en-suite bathrooms and an additional family bathroom for convenience. On the main floor, the spacious lounge offers a relaxing space to unwind with loved ones. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and flows seamlessly into the dining area, where a table for 8 (plus 2 extra chairs in the utility room) awaits. A cozy sofa and TV complete the space, which opens directly onto the patio and garden—perfect for entertaining. For those working remotely, the ground-floor office provides fast Wi-Fi, a printer, and a large desk. Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
