* Modern self-contained annexe attached to thatched cottage * Pretty gardens * Village location only 10 minutes drive from the City Centre * Parking for one car * One bedroom, one bathroom Surrounded by pretty cottage gardens, this is a delightful place to base yourself when visiting the lovely area of Chichester and its surroundings. Only 10 minutes from the centre of Chichester, 15 minutes from Goodwood and 15 minutes from West Wittering beach, there is plenty to see and do. This recently extended and modernised apartment is completely self-contained with its own private entrance. As you enter, step into the light and airy open-plan sitting/dining room. There is a lovely large sofa in the sitting area, and a sweet dining table and chair set in the window, overlooking the front gardens. The large bedroom, overlooking the front garden has a spacious en-suite shower room. The pretty cottage garden surrounds the apartment and there are plenty of cosy seating areas to enjoy a quiet moment! Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Neighbourhood information

The village of North Mundham is a short car or bus journey from the lovely Cathedral City of Chichester. Within walking distance from The Cottage there is a popular pub with good food. There are longer or shorter walks on the doorstep and Chichester can also be reached on foot via Chichester Canal footpath from where William Turner painted the cathedral in c. 1829. North Mundham is also ideally situated for the sandy beach of West Wittering, the South Downs and pretty villages, Goodwood House and the Goodwood events such as Glorious Goodwood (horse), the Festival of Speed and the Revival. Cycle paths to the Witterings, Chichester and the Downs are easily accessible from The Cottage.
