Loved staying here - great facilities, easy to find, off-street parking in a quiet, no-exit street. Number Eight is a home, not a 'cheap and cheerful' box! Highly recommended!

Number Eight is located at the end of a quiet, residential cul-de-sac in Finaghy, south Belfast, near Junction 2 and 3 of the M1 Motorway and just 3 miles from the City Centre. It is a convenient base, whether you are travelling for business or pleasure. It is a spacious 2-bed semi-detached house with lots of style and character and luxury furnishings. There is also a sunny garden. There are basic cooking facilities available including saucepans, a frying pan, salt and pepper, utensils, air fryer, toasted sandwich maker, microwave, toaster, cooking oil, jam and butter. A welcome basket of tea, coffee, milk and homemade treats will be in the kitchen for you to enjoy during your stay. There is also a 50 inch TV, a DVD player with a selection of DVD’s as well as an Amazon Firestick to log into your Netflix or Amazon Prime account. The main bathroom on the first floor contains a lovely deep bath, a separate large walk-in rainfall shower, toilet, sink with vanity unit and a mirror. There is a small WC on the ground floor with a toilet and a sink.
We previously owned an apartment which we used as a short term let, but we have sold that and have moved on to Number Eight. We love travelling ourselves and get real pleasure by giving guests a good experience of our property in particular and of Belfast and Northern Ireland in general. I am a keen baker and look forward to supplying you with homemade Irish bread and some sweet treats. We live close by and are available via the app or by phone/email should you have any issues, or just want to ask a few questions. As a family, we have lived in Belfast all of our lives, and would love to help you in any way we can. We plan to meet you personally on your arrival at Number Eight, but if you prefer there is a lockbox available. We have prepared a detailed information pack which lists lots of the best restaurants, cafes and bars as well as lots of things to see and places to visit during your stay.
You are less than a 60 second walk from frequent bus links to Belfast City Centre and 5 minutes to a train station. Finaghy is well serviced with supermarkets, a 24 hour convenience store, off licences, coffee shops, numerous food outlets and many other amenities. You are a five minute walk from a play park and a short drive from Lagan Valley Regional Park, Sir Thomas and Lady Dixon Park and Barnetts Park.
