Marsland Cottage is nestled near the north Devon coast on a traditional farm. The property itself has recently been updated. There are three bedrooms - a super king double master bedroom (which can be converted to a twin if requested) , a twin and a single bed in a cosy third bedroom. There are two bathrooms, one on each floor, with a shower and bath. The kitchen is supplied with all the essentials – enough to comfortably produce a roast dinner for the five occupants if desired. Highchair and cot are available if requested. Marsland also has front and rear fenced outside space and a conservatory for when the weather is inclement.
With 18 beautiful beaches within a 30-minute drive, Marsland cottage is ideally located for exploring the north Devon and Cornwall coast. Though close to the Atlantic Highway, giving excellent access, the cottage is isolated from the road giving you the peace and quiet that the South-West is famous for.
