Children’s Spa Policy

Children’s access timings are between 07:00 to 09:00 and 15:00 to 17:00.

Children’s access guidelines:

Pool:

• Children from the age of 8 to 15 years must be supervised in the pool by at least one adult aged 16 or above, at a ratio of two children to one adult at all times

• Children below the age of 8 years are not permitted in the Pool

Jacuzzi, Steam room and Sauna room:

• Children from the age of 8 to 15 years must be supervised in the Jacuzzi, steam room or sauna at least one adult aged 16 or above, at a ratio of two children to one adult at all times

• Children below the age of 8 years are not permitted in the Jacuzzi, steam room or sauna

Gym:

• Children below the age of 16 years are not allowed to use gym facilities

Please note, for Non-Refundable bookings, guests are kindly required to present at check in the same credit card used to to make the reservation.

Pets are not allowed in the hotel. Service animals that provide assistance to individuals with disabilities are allowed at the hotel. An additional cleaning charge of £150.00 may be incurred in case of any damages / accidents are caused by the service animal to the room.

Please note that a physical credit or debit card must be presented upon arrival. We're unable to accept cash, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or contactless payment at check-in or check-out.

W momencie zameldowania wymagane jest okazanie ważnego dowodu tożsamości ze zdjęciem oraz karty kredytowej. Życzenia specjalne zostaną zrealizowane w zależności od dostępności, a ich realizacja może podlegać dodatkowej opłacie.

Goście poniżej 18. roku życia mogą zameldować się wyłącznie z rodzicem lub oficjalnym opiekunem.

Depozyt na poczet zniszczeń w wysokości £50 jest wymagany po przyjeździe. Opłaty dokonuje się kartą kredytową. Zapłacona kwota powinna zostać zwrócona w ciągu 14 dni od wymeldowania. Całość depozytu zostanie zwrócona na konto karty kredytowej po sprawdzeniu stanu obiektu.
