It is a beautiful semi-detached property which is recently renovated to a very high standard with elegant front elevation. A spacious porch with double-door entrance. It is constantly monitored via CCTV cameras. There are two ring bells one situated outside and one inside the porch for secure monitoring and communication with guests. The porch leads to the front door of the property that opens inside the main entrance hall. It is covered with gorgeous tiles with pleasantly warm underfloor heating. The modern carpeted stair case leads to upstairs where all the rooms are situated. Each room is fully carpeted and with lockable doors from inside. Every room is also supplied with individual keys to lock doors for safekeeping. The rooms are individually decorated with decorative lights, ultra-modern central heating, LED TV, floor or desktop lamps, alarm clocks, spacious wardrobes etc. Complimentary tea and coffee making facilities are provided with electric cattle, bottled fresh water. Other facilities include iron, iron-stand, hair dryer, towel etc. Each room has its own leather double bed with memory foam mattress for the most comfortable sleeping experience.

It is beautifully located at the junction of Lyndon Road and Barn Lane. If front driveway is full, there is always ample off-street parking spaces available on Barn Lane. Only short walk away, there is public car parking in front of the shops. There is a plenty of choice of take aways, restaurants and pubs on short walking distance. The Tesco and CO-OP shopping centres are also close by. Fitness First and Planet Ice Solihull is in easy approach too. There are various shops, medical stores and bus stops are in close vicinity as well. The petrol pump, Olton train station, Birmingham International Train Station, Birmingham International Airport, NEC, World Resort are only short drive away.
