Little Owl is a detached barn, located on the owner's smallholding, on the outskirts of Market Rasen. It boasts two bedrooms; a king-size double with en-suite wet room and a twin with en-suite wet room, sleeping four altogether. There is also an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. To the exterior is ample off-road parking, bike storage and a private, enclosed garden with patio and furniture. Little Owl offers a lovely base for exploring Lincolnshire.

Market Rasen surrounded by open countryside and woodland, on the western edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This market town holds much appeal for cyclists, walkers and wildlife lovers, with many quiet trails and country lanes to explore. Enjoy a round of golf on the 18-hole golf course, visit the National Hunt racecourse, or spend a day on one of the Lincolnshire Coast's beaches. Visit Lincoln, with its 11th century castle, cathedral and array of shops.
