Little Crossways is situated in the small Hamlet of Strettington a beautiful rural area surrounded by open farmland close to the foot of the South Downs and on the edge of the Goodwood Estate. This one bedroom annex is well appointed and also near to the Cathedral City of Chichester which offers a wide range of amenities.
The annex itself offers an open-plan kitchen and dining area with double doors providing a light and airy feel. This theme is followed through to the living room with its large bay window and comfy sofas. The kitchen area is well equipped and includes a kettle, built in cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and toaster.
The bedroom provides a double bed and the bathroom has both a walk in shower and bath tub. Infants are welcome as a cot is available. The garden area is not enclosed but open for use.

The Goodwood Estate is famed for its motor racing, historic aerodrome and horse racing events held throughout the year, including the GRRC Members Meeting, Goodwood Festival of Speed, the Goodwood Revival and Glorious Goodwood. The Goodwood Estate also offers a full horse racing calendar from April to October, Goodwood Road Racing Club’s Sunday Breakfast Club themed car exhibitions (May to November), a flying school & pleasure flights, an 18-hole pay-per-play golf course, driving experiences including on-track performance and off-road.
The historic cathedral city of Chichester lies a 3 miles from Little Crossways. The mostly pedestrianised city centre offers a wealth of shopping, cafes, restaurants and bars, all set within streets lined with interesting architectural buildings. The Chichester skyline is dominated by its medieval cathedral which dates back over 900 years.
A few hundred metres from the centre of the city is the famous Chichester Festival Theatre which is one of the UK’s flagship theatres with an international reputation for producing work of the highest quality, ranging from large-scale musicals to distinguished dramas. There is also Pallant House Gallery which has won numerous awards and accolades.
There are many great pubs in nearby towns and villages a short drive away, and 15 minutes drive brings you to the pretty, historic town of Midhurst. It is a small town with period properties from a variety of eras lining the main streets and a collection of eclectic shops and restaurants. Much of the town is still owned by the famous Cowdray Estate which hosts the polo season (April to September), attracting visitors from all over the world. The famous Cowdray Ruins lie on the northern outskirts of the town and there is a superb farm shop and coffee shop to enjoy.
