The Old Bakery is a character property which started life as a livery stable. The house has been completely renovated and is modern throughout. There is a large living room with a sofa bed that can sleep 2 people. There are 3 televisions in the house with Netflix and Amazon Prime. A fully functioning kitchen with a boiling water tap for tea and coffee. Induction hob, microwave, and oven. The fridge has a water cooling section and the hot water tap also provides filtered drinking water. There is a washing up machine and washer/dryer and airer in the garden for drying clothes. An Iron and Ironing Board and hair-dryer. A cot for 0 to 4 year olds and a high chair are available on request. No extra charge for children. There are 2 bathrooms with 2 showers and one bath. Mirror for make up and shaving. The patio garden is the jewel of the home with lighting for sitting out at night and a table and chairs for eating out. On a clear night the sky fills with stars.

The Old Bakery in Frinton on Sea is ready to welcome you. It has been my pleasure - over 4 years now to look after guests and give them a relaxing time in a home from home. Making sure that guests have a good time means being on hand to answer questions and offer help, advice and information. There are so many wonderful things to do in the area with the Greensward 5 minutes walk away, the sandy beach and boat trips to see the seals and bird life. My background is in public relations and the Old Bakery was originally used by myself and my husband as a get away from London life. The quality of air, the peace and quiet, the ability to go for long walks all add to its magic. I enjoy looking after the garden at the property and have welcomed guests from all over the world

The house is directly behind Connaught Avenue which is the main street in Frinton on Sea. It an be a bit noisy in summer when people sit out late in the restaurants. The plus side is that it is in reach of all the cafes, restaurants, boutiques and wonderful charity shops. It is in walking distance from the Golf Course and the Frinton Summer Theatre.
