HILLEND COTTAGE is decorated to a high standard with quality furnishings , for example Hillend Cottage has a Tempur King Size bed, reputedly one of the most comfortable beds in the world and I can definitely confirm this to be the case :) Hillend Cottage is a 1-bedroom home - there is a separate kitchen, bathroom & bedroom. In the bedroom there is a fabulous roll-top bath and a separate ensuite shower room. It also has a lovely garden and patio for use by guests of Hillend Cottage ONLY. PLEASE NOTE: We can accept pets on request - and there is a charge of twenty pounds per pet per stay which has to be paid directly to the owner by bank transfer. WE CAN ACCEPT 2 MEDIUM DOGS IN THE HILL END COTTAGE (1-bedroom house). No puppies under 12 months old. Dogs are not allowed on the bed so please take note that the upstairs is open plan straight from the lounge. There is no door betwen the lounge and stairs, or from the stairs to the bedroom. The Village Pub is only 2 minutes walk and there a lots of restaurants and pubs within a few minutes drive, Chatsworth House & Alton Towers are amongst dozens of attractions in the area so come visit us, the Beautiful Peak District awaits you. There is a Local Guide and House Manual in each of the properties giving details of where to go to eat, what to do whilst you are in the area and of course, everything that you need to know about the Cottages from how to work the heating to engaging with the entertainment systems.
