A newly modernised three bedroom house with a fully fitted kitchen including oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, intergrated fridge freezer and washing machine.  The fully tiled bathroom has a large walk in shower.  The ground floor is open plan which allows the guests to be together whether preparing food, dining or relaxing on the comfy sofas, with great forest views to the rear of the property.  There is a large television with free wifi. The garden area has an artificial grass area where you can sit relax and enjoy the spectacular mountain views.   The upper floor consist of three bedrooms, one with a king size bed, the second with a double bed and the third bedroom has one single bed.  The property is secured by external cctv cameras for our guests safety.
Situated in the small friendly village of Treherbert, great for exploring the world famous Rhondda valley and historic South Wales area.  The property is a few minutes drive to the scenic Rhigos mountain view point, looking over the black mountains of the Brecon Beacons national park.  It's 7 Miles to Zip World Tower, 12 miles to Penderryn distillery and 20 miles to Bike park Wales Merthyr and the Afan valley bike park and is close to Dan ar ogof caves, the Royal mint, Sgwd Yr Eira waterfalls, the Bwlch mountain and the Brecon Beacons which is home to Pen y fan the highest mountain in the South of Britain.  An ideal location for the explorers, whether walking, biking or visiting the local attractions it is a great hot spot.   The area is rich in history, from the  iron works, coal mines to the castles. The property is close to many local shops, takeaways, pharmacies and the award winning Treorchy high street.  There are good transport links including a newly electrified railway line and a regular local bus service.
