Just a stone's throw from the beach next to Aldwick and old town Bognor Regis. A comfortable, spacious and unique self contained guest suite with your own entrance, private bathroom and parking space. These newly refurbished rooms offer a contemporary space within an historic 1895 property. The promenade stretches to Butlins and beyond. it's fantastic for those relaxing walks along a beautiful beach with safe cycling paths. Great views from the room overlooking the sea and local sailing club.
We will welcome you into the property ourselves and will always be available by text and email should you have any questions during your stay.
We live on the outskirts of Bognor Regis old town in a quiet conservation area. We purchased our home at the start of 2023 and are lovingly restoring the property. Bognor Regis is within walking distance and easily accessible links via train, bus and taxi to places further a field
