    Situated in a very pleasant and peaceful neighbourhood of Plymouth. Kitchen - very easy to use appliances. Very comfortable beds and furnishings. Two small supermarkets very close by. Overall, a very nice place.

    It was only a 20 minute walk to town and there was parking right outside the property. I could leave the car and walk in to town which saved on the stress of finding somewhere to park. The property was clean and the host was incredibly responsive....

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place with just 15 minute walk to Plymouth City Centre and The Barbican. This is also a great base for day trips to beaches in Devon and Cornwall. The flat is a self-contained and is situated beneath my family home. The house is situated on a hill therefore the very front of the flat is lower ground floor which has the living room and bathroom. There are 2 bedrooms; the second bedroom has 2 stackable child/ single beds which can be used to fit your requirements and could be used as a sitting room as well. A lot of the furniture can be moved to suit your needs. There is a bath with a decent shower, a fully equipped kitchenette, TV & wifi. There is also an outside area which you are welcome to use with a seating area.
I have been living in Plymouth for 20 years and have 2 children with my partner Phil. We have a small business on the Barbican selling ice-cream, food & drinks.
St Judes is a residential area 15 minutes walk from the city centre/Barbican. There are 3 parks in easy walking distance: Tothill Park, Freedom Fields Park and Beaumont Park. There are convenience shops on Salisbury Road and Beaumont Road for groceries and a nice cafe on Beaumont Road called 'Cobblers & Coffee' for a decent coffee and more. This area is very easy to get to via the A38 and the Parkway with minimal traffic.
