It is a lovely central area, yet within a mini-estate so it is peaceful.
It is 2 minutes walk to bus stops & 4 minutes walk to the train station.
10 minutes drive to Meadowhall shopping centre, IKEA, and lots of restaurants, bars and takeout places.
15 minutes drive to Sheffield train station, the Crucible theatre.
Proximity to tourist attractions - Rother Valley park (20minutes drive), Peak district (30minutes drive)
