The Flat offers free private parking, a fully equipped kitchen with various cooking facilities, a bathroom and a sitting area featuring a Smart TV.
It is located less then a mile away from Nottingham County Sailing Club, Nottinghamshire Scouts Adventure, Creagh Concrate and Forterra (concrete factory).
