Cleveland Residences Russell Square operates as non-serviced apartments, meaning that daily cleaning services are not included.
Due to the building's design, please be aware that some units do not offer direct access to the lift/elevator.
Access to the apartment may require climbing a few stairs. Additionally, some units are situated on the lower ground floor, and this are advertised as such. Moreover, our lower ground floor units have elevator/lift access and feature windows that allow natural light to illuminate the space.
Kindly be aware that all images, floor plans, and particulars provided are for illustrative and indicative purposes only. Actual units may vary slightly in details based on their positioning within the building.
Furthermore, please note that from 1 November to 1 April, our air conditioning systems will be deactivated as part of our energy conservation efforts. However, our eco central heating system will remain operational during this period.
Please be advised that no additional guests are permitted to stay in the apartment beyond those for whom the booking was made. Moreover, we strictly prohibit parties or gatherings on the premises.
