Elmhurst Cottage is a detached holiday cottage located in Lower Quinton, Warwickshire. It is an idyllic location overlooking the beautiful village church of St Swithin's along with glorious views to open countryside. The property dates back to the 1600’s and has many period features including the original beams, flagstone floors and inglenook fireplace. Internally, there is a living room with a log burner, a fitted kitchen with a dining area. Upstairs there is one master bedroom housing a double and a single bed, with an en suite bathroom and WC, two double bedrooms and one king-size bedroom with an en suite bathroom and WC. Outside has a large patio and landscaped garden area with furniture provided. Off road parking is available for four cars. Elmhurst Cottage is in the perfect place to stay in order to access many of Warwickshire’s finest sights. Two well behaved pets welcome at a charge of 40 per pet per stay.
