Modern, light and airy guest studio with living area, en suite with walk in shower. Good location, 20 minutes walk to Penarth Rail Station and town centre with it’s restaurants, shops and public houses. It is also close to bus links and only 10 minutes walk to the Penarth seafront and cliffs. Cardiff is only 15 minutes away by train. There is a small convenience store within 5 minutes walk, the nearest public house is only a 10 minute walk.

My hubby and I love travelling both in the U.K. and abroad. We have used Airb&b in quite a few destinations. The accommodation is designed to be independent because we are working people. However we are contactable by text or phone and are happy to meet and greet guests if we are home.

Although the accommodation is located in a quiet residential area, it is only 20 minutes walk to Penarth Rail Station and the town centre. It is also 10 minutes walk to the seafront with its Victorian Penarth Pier and Esplanade, cliff side walks and parks. The only Michelin star restaurant in Wales-James Summerin- is located by the pier. There is also a lovely large country park called Cosmeston in close proximity with its scenic lakes and medieval welsh village. Also located close by is the Glamorganshire Golf Club and two rugby clubs with their associated facilities. The local shop is only 5 minutes away whilst the nearest pub is only 10 minutes away. There is also a Harvester about 10 minutes walk away, opposite the golf club. Then town centre and transport links are easily accessible by walking or cycling. There is a frequent bus and rail service to Cardiff, which is a 15minute rail journey. There is also a good taxi service offered by a number of firms in the area.
