STAE Homes Ltd is a family company founded by Tim and Sarah. Our vision was to become the premier provider of high quality, short stay accommodation with properties around the UK and Gran Canaria . We are enormously proud of our joint family heritage in these stunning areas and continue to strive to bring value to the community, investors and guests alike.
Tim has worked in the international corporate world for three decades, specialising in Sales & Marketing leadership and entrepreneurial enterprises. Sarah has a background in education and leadership in administration.

Cwmpark Cottage by StayStaycations is a wonderful home in the heart of the Rhondda Valley. The moment you approach the area you will get a sense of the deep mining heritage of the beautiful historic location. The home has been beautifully staged with a modern feel; yet retains all you would expect from a property in this famous region. Guests have the entire house for the duration of the stay. The accommodation provides a super-comfy large lounge diner with a lovely sofa and a smart TV and Wifi of course! There is a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster etc. The downstairs bathroom will leave you with a sense of something special with its standalone feature bath and overhead shower. Upstairs you will find the well-appointed 3 bedrooms. Bedroom one boasts a king size bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Bedroom 3 has a single bed. A high chair & travel cot are provided. (we do NOT supply the bedding for the travel cot; based on recommendations). To the rear of the property is a garden with a raised decking area and furniture; giving you lovely views of the mountains while you soak up the Welsh sunshine.
