Corner Farm is a traditional timber framed suffolk farmhouse in which the Morelli family have lived for 25 years. The barn has been converted from a similar timber framed building, which was razed to the ground in 2000 and rebuilt to modern standard of comfort. We have been welcoming guests here since 2002, many returning for several stays. We operate a small holding on our 5 acres, with chickens, rare bred Tamworth pigs and Wiltshire horn sheep. In 2018 we opened 2 bed and breakfast rooms in a purpose built annexe attached to the farmhouse. Whilst the barn is in the curtilage of the farmhouse, it enjoys its own entrance, parking and garden ares, making it a secluded and comfortable place to stay.
We are located just outside the market town of Halesworth, about 10 miles from Southwold, a pretty Victorian seaside town, and close to Walberswick, another popular seaside village. Both of these are in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Suffolks heritage Coastline, which offers beaches, heaths, and forests with ample opportunity for sunbathing on the beach, walking, biking or shopping, or just eating out in one of the many superb restaurants that populate this area, many specialising in local produce, whichever takes your fancy. Whether visiting Southwold, home to Adnams brewery, which has daily tours (booking essential), Aldeburgh and Snape Maltings with their relationship to Benjamin Britain, or Orford with its WW2 radio station, an enjoyable day out will be had by all.
