TLC Stay is a small local business run by two families. Our mission is to approach everything we do in a kind and caring way to give our guests, properties, partners and the planet the Tender Loving Care deserved. We provide comfortable, stylish and affordable spaces for people to stay. Whether you choose to stay for just a couple of nights or longer we equip all our spaces with everything you need to feel like home. So if your traveling for business, pleasure, adventure, alone, with colleagues or family and friends we like to think we've got everything covered for your needs. At TLC Stay we strive to make sure all our spaces are respectful to the local area and sustainable and kind to the planet. We use environmentally friendly and energy efficient products and refill cleaning materials to try and reduce packaging waste and harm to the planet. We also often up-cycle art and decoration items which we find our guests love as it also creates a unique and snazzy look.

Whether you’re traveling for business, work, or adventures with family & friends, this welcoming studio is perfect for any length of stay. Dine in, cook meals with the fully equipped kitchen or chill in the open plan living space and stream your favourite show. Get a good nights rest in the comfy double bed, freshen up with your own private bathroom. Located in Wigan centre so everything is on hand: Train & Bus station, great road links, street parking, plus restaurants, takeaways and shops. It's a town centre location - Parking is on the nearby streets, which is free in the evenings. Also a parking space in front of the Studio for 1 car generally available over night from 5pm - 8am. We try to provide a permit for 1 car for parking for but can not guarantee for your entire stay due to limited amount available from the local council.

Conveniently located near to Wigan town centre so everything you need is on hand for travel, transport, take-aways, restaurants and entertainment. Close to Wigan Wallgate train & bus station. Easy reach to M6 & M61. Town centre location - Parking is on the nearby streets, which is free in the evenings. Also a parking space in front of the Studio for 1 car generally available over night from 5pm - 8am. We try to provide a permit for 1 car for parking but can not guarantee for your full stay.
