It is a great place to stay in Whitby. A very comfortable holiday cottage. It has 3 bedrooms,and sleeps 6, plus there is a travel cot for an infant. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Only a five-minute walk to the harbour and the town centre. Yet we are just far enough away to ensure a great night's sleep. A home from home, with lots of amenities, such as a slow cooker, microwave, and coffee maker. Free on-street parking, which is rare in Whitby. However, this is on a first come, first served basis. There is an outside south-facing dining area, which is walled, gated, and perfectly secure. The bedrooms are situated over two floors. Two are on the first floor (one with an ensuite bathroom). The third is on the third floor, which is up another flight of stairs. The bedrooms are usually set up as doubles, but we can split two of the bedrooms into twins upon request. Please be aware that this property may not be suitable for persons with mobility issues due to its location and stairs.

Nice quiet residential neighbourhood, with the excellent "Railway" fish and chip shop just around the corner( Please note, this is a cash only venue). Down the hill takes you to the harbour and town centre. Up the hill takes you to the beautiful Pannet Park or the Cinder path. Please be aware that Pannet Park does not allow dogs. However, the Cinder Path is great for hiking, dog walking, and cycling.
