This recently renovated first-floor apartment offers a bright, stylish, and comfortable space, just a 3-minute walk from Cromer’s pier and beach. Located in the heart of this famous North Norfolk seaside town, the apartment features designated parking and is perfectly positioned for convenience and easy access. It includes 2 bedrooms with double beds, living/dining area with a sofa bed, a dining table, a coffee table, and a smart TV. The bathroom offers a shower over the bath and a WC, while the galley kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar & 2 stools. The property has 1 designated parking space at the rear. Please take a look at the photos for reference. A gateway leads to a set of steep concrete steps from the parking area to the communal door at the rear (good mobility recommended), with a 2nd flight of steps within. There's a smart TV, please note this does not have terrestrial channels. It's a centrally located apartment, convenient for the town and the beach, with this comes the potential for noise. Property & check in info will be sent by email at 3pm the day before check in. The cleaning fee covers the preparation of the home for your stay, you will always check in to a clean space with freshly laundered towels and ben linen. Should you need to use a public car park, Meadow Rd car park is the closest - this is run by North Norfolk District Council, along with hourly & 24 hr tickets, it may be useful to know that via their website, you can purchase weekly tickets valid in any of their car parks, please see their website for more info re this. Here are some recommendations: Rocky Bottoms - local sea food & lovely outside seating area Hatty's tea rooms - treat yourself to a cream tea! No.1 - our favourite fish & chip restaurant, reserve a table overlooking the sea West Runton beach - a great spot for fossil hunting Cromer pier - blow away the cobwebs with a stroll along the pier, perhaps a spot of crabbing too! A car is recommended to see all that Norfolk has to offer but not essential, there is a train line from Norwich and good bus links in and out of the town.
