Please note that during August no breakfast or daily services are provided as the remainder of the house is holiday let separately. Tea and coffee are provided but the room is available on a self-catering basis only. Ensuite ground floor double bedroom with independent access, private patio and parking space. Part of a family house but no spaces are shared. No kitchen but has own fridge, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. Central Sidmouth, 5-10 minutes walk to all the amenities of beach or town. Well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional charge. Clean cosy and comfortable double bedroom with ensuite wet room. Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided and guests can help themselves to a continental breakfast of toast, pastries, juice, fruit, yoghurt and cereals in the room itself whenever they choose. Guests have exclusive access to their own fridge, hot water dispenser, toaster and microwave. There is also a coffee maker and milk heater/frother in the room, as well as a range of coffee pods. There is access to a dedicated parking space available outside the garage, close to the room, along with a small private patio area with table and chairs. Please note that there is no TV in the room but there is WiFi so if you would like to watch television, we recommend bringing a suitable device to do so.

We are a family with four children who moved to Sidmouth in 2011 having fallen in love with it. We really enjoy hosting and providing our guests with a comfortable experience and are keen to help you make the most of your stay! When booking please note that the room is within a busy family house with four young children. Whilst the room is sectioned off from the rest of the house with its own private entrance and we have made every effort to ensure our guests can enjoy their stay in peace, we can’t guarantee that your visit won’t be without noise.

Sidmouth is a great little town with so much to see and do that it's easy to while away several days here without the need for a car. The beach is lovely, the Byes river walk beautiful, Blackmore or Connaught Gardens are great to relax in or there's a plethora of cafes and eateries to enjoy. Not to mention sports and activities such as tennis, golf and mini golf, paddle boarding, swimming, cinema or the theatre. There is a dedicated parking space that accompanies the room. If staying in Sidmouth you may not need to use a car as most amenities are within very easy level walking distance. The closest train station is Honiton to and from which there is a regular bus service. Exeter is also within a half hour drive or an hour bus journey with a bus stop very close to the house.
