This ground-floor apartment has two bedrooms including a king-size and a twin, along with a bathroom, kitchen/diner and sitting room. Appliances include an electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, tumble dryer and dishwasher, and for entertainment, there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside, there is roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis, and parking permit supplied for church car park. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a pet-free, smoke-free property. You can find a shop and pub within 0.1 mile. Please note, check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am, and there are steps up into the apartment. Carlton House Apartment makes a lovely base from which to explore the Lake District.
