A lovely 3 bedroom converted bungalow. The property is located on a quiet street, a 10 minute walk from the centre of town. It includes a large garden which receives plenty of sunlight in the summer and is a great space to enjoy with the family. The open-planned kitchen is fully stocked with crockery and cutlery. Comfortably sleeps six.

Its amenities include Scotland's oldest university, founded in 1413, beautiful award-winning beaches, historic buildings, including the ruins of the cathedral, castle and St Rule's Tower and a wide variety of specialist shops and restaurants. Renowned worldwide as "the home of golf” St Andrews has seven world-class links courses and others in the area include The Dukes, Kingsbarns and the Fairmont St Andrews complex. Within 15 minutes drive, you have an absolute wealth of beauty with the East Neuk of Fife and its picturesque towns and villages, including Crail, Elie, Kingsbarns and many more.
