Gorgeous views over Hugh Town and a sea view towards the uninhabited island of Samson to watch lovely evening sun sets (best sunsets are April to August). Close to coastal walks, beaches, restaurants, cafe's and local shops. Each of the two studio rooms offer King size beds, ensuite, dining table and comfy seating to relax on. Outside guest seating / picnic table with a sea view too. Close to all amenities and the quay. Appletree is also surrounded by shipwreck artefacts discovered by her husband, Todd Stevens a scuba diver/ship wreck hunter and ship wreck historian. Appletree is an equal short distance from 4 great beaches: only 5 -7minutes or so walk. All have very clean Atlantic sea to play in/on too: swim/snorkel/splash/kayak/sail etc. The close coastal paths have either really interesting views across the islands or you may see seals, dolphins or whales pass by or go inland to see wildlife/wild flowers etc. Each room has a small kitchenette with microwave/fridge/toaster etc. Book direct for unbeatable prices not found online. Todd and Carmen Steven are the owners of Appletree. Meeting in 2001 through their love of scuba diving. Todd was a joiner by trade and now is taking it easier but still a keen scuba diver - spending his spare time searching for undiscovered shipwrecks. He has also written 3 books on shipwrecks he has discovered and one index book of shipwrecks around the Isles of Scilly. Carmen is locally born and is now a keen all year round sea swimmer and can advise on many safe swimming bays. She also loves to dog walk and identify wild flowers.
