The house is very close to everything in Sidmouth, you will only be 220m from the beach and centrally located for all amenities. 9 Riverside has free private parking. The layout is Ground floor Lounge Diner, Kitchen First Floor King size room and double room Family Bathroom Second floor King Size room and twin room Please note there is a low ceiling to negotiate to get to the top floor. We have a smart TV with free Disney+ and we also use Alexa.
Hi, we are Chris and Wendy we live in Sidmouth and it is fantastic, we have lovely scenery and fresh air with lots of things to do. We both love to be outdoors, Wendy loves to go on walks around the local area, we are building up a portfolio of good routes. We have recently started the South West Coast path walk (we have a long way to go) Before we started with our holiday lets our previous house was always like a hotel, with numerous people staying, even our children christened it Hotel California, You can check out, but you can never leave! So we though we would try and do the same for some lovely guests.
Sidmouth is a quiet seaside town, with its independent shops and fantastic local community. The town has bars, restaurants, coffee shops all with great menus serving local foods. 9 Riverside is a large terrace house and it does have neighbours so we do ask that quiet times are observed.
