The fine print
Entertainment passes are compulsory and cost £40 per caravan for short stays (1 to 3 nights) and £70 per caravan for for stays (4 to 7 nights). These need to be paid directly to us prior to your arrival via bank transfer.
Pets are welcome for £15 each for up to 3 nights. Anything longer is an extra £5 per night each.
Bed linen is not included but can be hired for an additional charge. This needs to be booked and paid for in advance of your stay.
Early check in is available for a small additional charge.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of £100 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
