• 4 bedrooms – 1 super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request, 2 king-size and 1 bunk bedroom with full-size single beds • 1 bathroom, 1 en-suite shower room and 1 WC in utility room • Kitchen with 2 electric ovens, electric hob, microwave, large fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher • Utility room with washing machine,  tumble dryer, iron and ironing board • Wood burner • New Air Source Heat Pump supplying hot water and central heating throughout the property. • New solar panels installed December 2021 with a battery bringing the energy supply to 50% self sufficient • In addition there is electric under floor heating in both bathrooms Bed linen and towels included, please bring your own beach towels • Parking available in nearby car parks (charges apply), EV charging points available • Super-fast fibre Wi-Fi included • Beach, shop, pubs and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. • 40" Smart TV and Blu-ray in lounge, TV/DVD in the rear king-size bedroom and further Smart TV in the Master bedroom • Please note - There are a total of 21 slate/ stone steps and 10 long tread steps on the path down to the house. Steep cottage style stairs up to the second-floor master bedroom.
