Offering stunning sea and coastal views, this exceptional apartment stands above the row of famous pink thatched cottages on the Marine Parade with direct access to the beach through a private 'secret passageway'. Within easy walking distance of both the town and the Cobb & Harbour, you sit right in the heart of this traditional seaside town, ideally situated for its array of restaurants, pubs, cafes and artisan shops and galleries. When you arrive, the simplest way of getting to the property is from Broad Street down a path starting besides the 'Galley Café'. The flat is not suitable for people with mobility issues or young children in pushchairs because of the uneven private path from Broad Street and the steep steps down to the beach. Off-road parking for the flat is available just after the turn off into Poole's Court Road near the bottom of Church Street.

The delightful seaside town of Lyme Regis has much to offer its visitors, boasting a maze of narrow streets filled with craft and antique shops, galleries and cafes. Take a stroll along the world-famous Cobb causeway overlooking the ancient harbour, where fishing trips can be enjoyed, or try your hand at fossil hunting in the area. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind.
