Location, location! This second floor flat is perfect for contractors working away from home, and also lends itself to family & friends visiting the area. Located a couple of mins drive from Junction 2 of the M5, on the outskirts of Oldbury, with Dudley & Birmingham close by. We have 2 bedrooms with2 single beds in each. Modern kitchen and bathroom, plus lounge/diner with space for 4 to sit comfortably. Free parking on the driveway.
