 - 1 walk in shower room with WC, heated towel rail and a sink
 - Electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine filter, washing machine

 - Wood burner (first basket of logs supplied)
 - Smart TV, board games and books available
 - Enclosed lawned garden with patio and outdoor dining furniture beneath a charming gazebo. An outdoor tap is conveniently available — perfect for filling up dog bowls or rinsing muddy paws after a countryside walk or a splash in the sea. 
 - On-street parking, while the property doesn’t have a designated parking space, guests are welcome to park for free in the nearby pub car park. There’s also free parking available throughout the village, making it easy and convenient to find a spot
 - Shop and pub less than 0.5 miles, beach 0.5 miles
 - Please note that the staircase is narrow and is not suitable for those with limited mobility – please take care
