We have 7 rentals and are very much home from home and well equipped for you to enjoy a stress free holiday. This is a self catering holiday. We sign a sub letting and unfortunately we have to follow the rules. Failure to comply with the rules of the site will result in our sub letting agreement been cancelled. No workman allowed No commercial vehicles allowed No hen/stags parties parties No same sex groups allowed (all females or males 3or more are classed as a group) Minimum age 21+ Passes are optional if you choose to buy direct from Unity Beach reception they will not sell you passes for the day of arrival. If we purchase passes on your behalf it has to be for the duration of your stay and for all guests.

The caravan has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 1 bathroom has a family shower wash hand basin and toilet. The other bathroom is a en-suite of the main double bedroom and has a toilet and wash hand basin only. As you enter the door you have a dinning table and 4 chairs. In the kitchen you have cooking facilities microwave, gas cooker, kettle and fridge freezer. Patio doors leading to a wrap around decking with gate. And cubed table and chairs for 4 people. We also have an enclosed garden and parking spaces for two cars. The caravan is very much home from home and well.equipped all you need to enjoy your holiday. Passes are optional there is a low season & high season price. Passes are per person per night and will need to be paid to the host prior to your holiday commencing. If the host buys your passes on your behalf it has to be for the duration of your stay and for all guests. If you choose you do not want passes and change your mind you will not be sold passes for the day of arrival, but any other day will be fine and you can just buy one day at a time. Passes will give you entry to the entertainment venue Rjs half price swimming and half price soft play. You will also receive discounts on the Theme Park and the Golf course. Host will send an email night before with key safe code. Checkin 4.00pm departure 10.00am key to be returned to keybox not reception. No sofa bed we advertise 6 berth as there is enough beds for 6 guests. Should you require two single beds pushed together just let us know and we will have this request ready for your arrival. We can only accommodate one twin room only

There is lots to do in Brean Sands you have all the Holiday Park amenities to enjoy then off the holiday park you have the local beach across the road lots of bars and restaurants and lots of eateries to enjoy. Brean also has a local bus service to Weston-Super-Mare and also Burnham-on-sea. You are very central to explore Bath, Bristol, Wales, Chedder Gauge, Wells, Devon and Cornwall Passes if you choose to purchase as you need please be mindful Unity beach will not sell passes for the days you arrive. You would have to purchase the next day if required.
