Comfortable and stylish cottage in the historic heart of Sidmouth, a Regency town set in Devon’s famous Jurassic Coast. Blackmore Cottage 1 is on the first floor. It is a perfectly located spacious apartment on a quiet pedestrian lane a short stroll from the beach. The High Street with many interesting shops and restaurants is just around the corner. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 ensuite bathrooms, luxurious beds & quality bed linen. Has its own free car parking space just across the street.
The cottage is situated right in the historic heart of Sidmouth, a Regency town, with interesting shops and a beautiful Georgian promenade. There are a great many wonderful and varied restaurants. There are a number of wonderful bakeries, a wine & cheese shop, green grocery, and supermarket within one minute's walk.
The South West coastal path runs through Sidmouth and there are many wonderful walks east and west along the cliff tops to other pretty villages along the Jurassic coast.
There are also many popular festivals that take place each year including a folk festival and an airshow.
Sidmouth has many of attractions for an enjoyable holiday in itself, but is also very well located for exploring more of picturesque East Devon and the famous Jurassic Coast.
