Magnificent 2-room apartment with large terrace offering panoramic views of the sea, old town of Antibes and mountains. Located in a well-kept residence in a quiet, green setting, you can enjoy the beautiful swimming pool, listen to the birdsong and enjoy the sunsets and sunrises. This air-conditioned apartment includes a double bed, a sofa bed and a private parking space. Ideally located, you can walk to the old town (15'), train station (10') and beach (20'). Antibes is a little gem on the Côte d'Azur, combining history, tradition and modernity. Come and discover the old town, its ramparts, the Picasso Museum, its port, its many small and large yachts, its hiking trails, Cap d'Antibes and its sumptuous villas, its sandy beaches, the Domaine de la Garoupe, its amusement parks like Marineland, its local crafts and its shops and restaurants.
