Large studio located in the very center of Arcachon, completely renovated in a luxury residence. You are a 2-minutes walk from Place des Marquises, and 5 minutes from the beach ! Enjoy shops, restaurants and the beach! The kitchen is equipped. The living room has 2 sofa beds; a bathroom with a large shower. A private parking.
