If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Prices include : accommodation, beds made upon arrival, bed linen, toilet linen, household linen (bathmat + dish towel), cleaning kit, 2 bathrobes, end-of-stay cleaning (excepted dishes and kitchen corner), basic WiFi , charges and tax (except tourism tax and application fee), and free entry to the well-being facilities of the residence:

- The indoor heated swimming-pool

- Saunas and hammams

- The cardio-training room

Unlimited WiFi access is available upon request and at an extra charge.

After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
