Whether you're a group of friends, two families vacationing together, or a young family looking to spend quality time with grandparents, this villa provides a welcoming space for everyone. Spend a wonderful vacation in this spacious 180 m² villa with scenic views at the Gulf of Saint Tropez. Jump into the heated pool, relax in the swinging chairs and large lounge areas, play a round of Petanque in the shade of the large pine tree beside the house, prepare together your dinner and enjoy each other's company while always overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and beautiful Cavalaire-sur-mer.
** ROOMS: On the 2nd floor, there is an open kitchen, living and dining area that leads to the balcony and terrace. This level also has three air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds (one can be split into twin beds) and two bathrooms. The 1st floor includes two bedrooms with French doors that open to the pool. The rooms are connected, sharing one air conditioning unit and a bathroom. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed, one of which can be converted into twin beds.
** POOL: The pool is heated up to 26°C in April, May, September, and October, provided that outdoor temperatures stay above 18°C. Heating the pool when it's cooler outside is not environmentally sustainable and is impractical given the pool’s size. During the summer months from June to August, the pool typically stays warm, however, if the weather is unseasonably cool, heating can be activated upon request. Please note it may take 1-2 days for the pool to reach the desired temperature.
** PARKING: The driveway is a bit steep and narrow, which might make it more demanding for both larger vehicles and when walking up. For easier parking options, consider using the side of the quiet street across from the house or the public parking lots a bit further down the street. The driveway and the nearby parking options are shown in the pictures. If you have any questions or need more details, please contact us.
Our property manager, Chrystel, a local of Cavalaire, will introduce you to the house and be available to assist with any questions you may have. Aiming to create the perfect place for families and groups of friends to enjoy the French Riviera, we welcome your feedback and continuously strive to enhance our property.
** As a family with four children, we visit the villa three to four times a year. Our visits to the villa allow us to escape rainy days and the busy city life, giving us the chance to recharge, and enjoy precious family time.
** We cherish the ocean view: the ever-changing blue of the sea throughout the day, the early afternoon sparkle, the dramatic sunrises in winter and spring, and the bustling activity of boats in the summer as they leave the harbor and head to the next bay.
** Often accompanied by close friends and family, we use the bedrooms on the second floor for ourselves, while our friends and family enjoy some space for themselves on the first floor. Together, we relax, try out new French meals, play with the kids, or just chat while our children dive in the pool. The villa gives us plenty of room to come together in different areas, but also offers ample spots for each of us to retreat and unwind on our own.
** July and August, during the day we spend more time at the property, escaping crowded beaches and enjoying the cooling summer breeze that flows up the hill. In the early mornings, late afternoons, and evenings, we take short hikes, play tennis, visit nearby beaches, and dine at local restaurants. Many days, we choose to spend the entire day at the villa, enjoying its comfort and amenities. A special highlight for us is always watching the Fête Nationale fireworks in Cavalaire from the pool and balcony on July 14th.
** In spring and fall, when temperatures are more moderate and places are less crowded, we explore more the surrounding areas, visiting charming French villages and taking longer hikes along the coast.
The villa is situated in a serene and secure hilltop neighborhood, 105 meters above sea level, offering stunning views and proximity to many attractions. Here are some top places we recommend for you to visit (see tripadvisor and alltrails for more information):
** CAVALAIRE-SUR-MER. In the central and harbor areas, you'll discover small shops, restaurants, and French bakeries. To find out more about the city's current events, such as live music, artisanal markets, or carnivals for children, visit the events and activities section on the cavalairesuremer website. Additionally, the beach offers rentals for jet skiing, surfing, and other enjoyable activities. The largest supermarket in the area, Carrefour, is just a 5-minute drive from the villa.
** BEACHES: Cavalaire boasts one of the longest beaches on the Côte d'Azur, extending over 4 km. Starting at Plage du Centre Ville de Cavalaire near the harbor, you can stroll along a paved path, then continue your walk on sandy shores towards pine-fringed beaches like Plage de Pardigon and Plage du Débarquement. These beaches are perfect for dining at the beach, swimming or building sandcastles. At the end of the beach the scenic, coastal path towards Saint Tropez starts. In summer, beach restaurants pop up, while in spring and fall, the beach is more natural. The Cavalaire beaches, only a short drive from the villa, provide a relaxed atmosphere with extended evening light, whereas Pampelonne Beach with its monster yachts remains a popular must-see spot. The nearest beach to the villa, the small, natural Plage de Bonporteau, is just a 15-minute hike away and often empty during low season.

** OTHER ATTRACTIONS: Cap Taillat offers a picturesque hike to secluded coves and the peninsula, where you can enjoy often peaceful solitude in spring and fall. Explore luxury boutiques and dine at exclusive spots in St. Tropez. Wander for a traditional Provençal atmosphere through Ramatuelle or discover the beautiful Îles d'Hyères.
