Enjoy your stay! :). ## Logement Located in Bordeaux, the accommodation is completely renovated and bright. It is composed of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed in the living room, 1 bathroom and a nice lounge area with a television. You will have everything you need to enjoy an excellent stay including : Coffee machine, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hair dryer, Washing machine, Dryer and Air conditioning. You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The area offers immediate proximity to the wine city (15 minutes by tram) and the submarine base transformed into a museum of modern art (20 minutes by tram). Parking spaces are available right next to the building. The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be delighted to share my favourites with you! A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveller. ## Emplacement The district bordering the Garonne river stretches from the Jardin Public in the south to the Cité du Vin in the north. The old facades have been restored and the streets are lively. The warehouses are now home to bars, restaurants, homes, but also businesses and schools. Antique shops, decoration boutiques and art galleries have flourished in the district. The charm of the neighborhood is often associated with that of a small village, you will have the opportunity to pass in front of the Saint Louis church, classified as a historical monument. You can have a shopping session at the Outlet Center: the Quai des Marques. Various factory outlets of big brands are present and offer good price...
